Computer
educator Barry Howard provides hands-on instruction in a
variety of computer applications.
Please note: Fees, which
are non-refundable and non-transferable, must be paid in full
at the time of registration. There is a fee of $20 for
each two-day workshop, $30 for
each three-day workshop or $50 for a five-day
workshop. All sessions are taught by Mr. Howard.
Checks should be made payable to the Oceanside Library.

Designed for beginners, this workshop covers basic computer
skills and operations including mouse skills, keyboard
techniques, Internet surfing, and file management

The Town of Hempstead Department of Senior Enrichment Free
offers free income tax assistance for senior citizens and
low-income individuals of all ages. All filers must provide
last year’s tax return, copies of W-2s, WP-2s, 1099s, proof
of all income received by you and/or your spouse, property
tax receipts, and STAR exemptions. IRS regulations require
that all parties filing returns must do so in-person and
show valid photo identification, including Social Security
cards for all names listed on the return.
